The Dutch Corporate Governance Code (Government Gazette 3 December 2009, no. 18499, hereafter ëCodeí) is applicable to Imtech and is formulated in principles and concrete stipulations. Imtech fully endorses these principles. With several exceptions all the stipulations of the code have now been implemented in regulations, Articles of Association and other rules and codes and have been made public via the website. This section of the website includes the compliance principles of Imtech.
