Imtech has been granted the award 'Top Employer 2012'
Gouda - Imtech (IM-AE, technical services provider in and outside Europe) has been granted the award 'Top Employer 2012' from the Corporate Resource Foundation Institute (CRF). The CRF presents this award to a select group of companies and non-profit organisations on the basis of extensive research into their policy and company processes in the area of Human Resources. The designation confirms that Imtech can be seen as a sound and attractive employer with a thorough HR policy, a clear HR strategy and distinguishing primary and secondary employment conditions. The certificate concerns the following Imtech divisions in the Netherlands: Imtech ICT, Imtech Traffic & Infra, Imtech Marine and Imtech Nederland.
Jos Graauwmans, Director Group Human Resources Imtech: 'We are really proud of this award. Our 28,600 employees are our most important asset. That's why, in the technical services market, Imtech wants to become to be the 'employer of choice'. Imtech is a people organisation with a strong decentralised and enterprise-focused basis. Employees work, by definition, as part of small-scale units enabling them, more than average, to use their professionalism to contribute to the company's success. Furthermore, Imtech is growing strongly, even in these economically challenging times. This translates into a continual search for new employees. The award 'Top Employer 2012' will help in this.'
Thorough, reliable research
The CRF Institute has already been conducting research into employers in 13 countries for 20 years. In the Top Employer's research, the research institute assesses all essential components of the participating organisations' HR management. The primary employment conditions (salary, pension), secondary employment conditions and employment circumstances, but also the development possibilities and programmes, career possibilities and organisational culture are examined. By conducting objective, fact-based, research into these issues, the CRF determines whether an employer satisfies the conditions and thus qualifies for the exclusive Top Employer award.
The Top Employer award is approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
